3D Loft Conversion Rendering Services

Simply ArchViz were asked to develop a 3D model of a loft conversion for a London based construction company, so that their clients could see the final look and feel of their conversion before it was built. The clients found this very useful to visualise what kind of carpentry they would have built into the new space, as well as how the vaulted ceiling would look and velux windows.

The loft conversion model was build as a 3D Internal Render, so no exterior of the property was needed to help the client see the space. Furniture was added as a reference to scale for the new proposed bedroom, bathroom and walk in wardrobe, all taken from our set furniture catalogue.
