Exterior Rendering & 3D Rendering Services

Simply ArchViz were commissioned to develop this 3D Building using Architectural Visualisation, building the 3D render from provided 2D Architects Drawings.

The building featured a traditional exterior along with light brickwork, and had ample space making for a large living room and kitchen area rolled into one.

The final 3D Model was used to speed up the clients planning permission, using this very helpful set of renders to showcase the materials used to the exterior of the property.
