We are a small family run business based in London, working remotely for different architects throughout the UK. Our rates are low compared to most agencies, as we concentrate on making 3D renders affordable - we believe that no one should have to pay thousands for a single image, making us very competitive.
Our lead times are also shorter than most, taking only 2 weeks to produce a clay model, or 3 for a fully textured model. We use cutting edge gaming software (Unreal Engine) to achieve realistic lighting and foliage, rendering an artist's impression of the property to scale from 2D Architectural Drawings.

Clay Model
Package
A great budget package for those clients who may only need a 'clay model', providing a to scale reference for the space, using realistic lighting from Unreal Engine. We set the scene in an empty field with blue skies. Once approved, we then provide interior and exterior images upon submission, which you can forward onto your client.

Textured Model
Package
Using a combination of Adobe Substance and Unreal Engine, we can map onto the model any kind of realistic textures your client requires - from the type of wooden flooring, to the roofing tiles they envision. This really helps with planning permission, for example councils like to see the cladding/brickwork on exteriors.

Textured Model & Furniture
Package
Having furniture to scale within the model can provide a much needed reference for clients, to see how large any given room is and help them to visualise the space. We have a catalogue of generic furniture available, as seen in our portfolio of images and animated videos. We can also include a CGI version of their kitchen for an additional fee, with only a photo for reference.

Textured Model, Furniture
& Landscape Package
The full package! We will add the textures, furniture and realistic lighting to the project as before, but will then add a landscape to the model for extra realism. This includes trees, hedges, foliage and fencing. Simply show us the 2D Plans and we will look at the lay of the land and map it all out. We will then provide the images digitally for you to share with your client.

Only Need a Loft?
We work with architects and construction workers who specialise in loft extensions, who add to their packages a digital fully textured set of images as seen below, to give their customers a sense of the space before it is built. This includes interior renders of the space only, and is offered at a competitive reduced rate.

Only Need an Extension?
We also work with architects and contractors who specialise in building garden extensions and kitchen extensions. Providing clients with fully textured renders of their new space is incredibly helpful, and can help them to visualise the new space, and pass onto carpenters for bespoke cabinets/cupboards etc.

2 Minute Animated Flythrough Video
If you'd like to showcase your clients amazing new 3D Building Model, there is no better way than with video. We create a 2 minute long fly-through animations, illustrating the new build with panning dolly camera movements to really get an idea of the space. This presentation will be accompanied by a classical piece of copyright free piano, and then submit the file digitally for you to send to your client or upload to your YouTube Channel.
